This is one of the best Birthday presents ever, my defamation lawsuit against Mr Leslie Chiang, has ended in settlement in my favour.
Mr Leslie Chiang and myself have come to an understanding that what he said of me about 2 years ago, is incorrect.
He has retracted his statement, and clarified that I never promised him any definite income when he participated in VendShare. And that his statement that I threatened him with lawsuits when he asked for updates was incorrect. The case number of that lawsuit is DC/DC 1071/2021.
The defamation lawsuit with Rice Media is still ongoing, and will continue.
Many of the local publications have made similar claims as Mr Leslie Chiang, and I will come for them one by one. They are namely Straits Times, Zaobao, WanBao, MotherShip, AsiaOne, The Independent, Today, HardwareZone, ChannelNewsAsia.
For those of my friends who wish to provide information as to who is sharing the news on the above publications, please provide that information to me as I need to assess damages and sue the local publications as required.
