We have found out that the revenue reported to IRAS is significantly lower than recorded (from whatsapp, IRAS system and Dr Zul's access as a result of his directorship). Given that independent sales representatives are rewarded partially via Founder's Bonus, that means that Nancy Long (Dways International) may have kept the bonus that should have been paid to the Distributors. As Nancy Long refuses to attend our Board of Inquiry, we cannot conclude and confirm that she has kept the money to herself. However, the figures indicate serious financial irregularities. We have to inform the public so that they are not hurt, given that Ms Long Sok Goon, has so far refused to attend our Board of Inquiry.

Directive of Investigation was issued to Ms Long Sok Goon Nancy on 18 Nov 2023 to demand her to answer to the financial irregularities in the company. She refused wilfully, and she said that she could only respond to the Court Order to reveal her accounts. She was however reminded that our rights to inspect the accounts is empowered by Companies Act Section 199. Dr Zul's access is unconditional. She refused. In any case, we got a Court Order for us to continue investigation of her financial irregularities, she cannot terminate Dr Zul as a Director, as Supreme Court felt that Dr Zul's investigation on her cannot be stopped.

We executed a search order on the company, and searched through the company's whatsapp account and also proceeded to look at all the previous GST submissions and found tremendous mismatch of the figures.
GST submission is done by her and her alone. So all omissions can be tracked legally to be her responsibility.
GST amount is wrong for July - Sept 2023. Complete omission of Vietnam revenue.
GST amount is wrong for Oct - Dec 2022. Complete omission of Vietnam revenue.
GST amount is wrong for Jan - Mar 2023. Complete omission of Vietnam revenue.
GST application declaration is manifestly wrong as Vietnam is already open. As whatsapp group with Vietnam was open on Sept 2022, but in the month of Aug, you would expect foreign revenue. So there is high possibility of misrepresentation.
