29.22 Any formal question to be asked between You and Franchisor has to be asked via https://vendshare.net chatbot, which may manifest in the form of a direct chat between You and the Franchisor, or a trouble ticket number which contains the formal answers to your questions, where applicable. The questions asked on Whatsapp groups are not formally recorded, and would be regarded as a social process not a formal process of asking questions for the Franchisor to answer. The operational difficulty of this lies on the fact it is difficult to view through hundreds of VendShare related whatsapp group to filter a formal question being asked. So a formal question has to be asked in the chatbot that is operating on https://vendshare.net
29.23 You further acknowledge that whatever whatsapp groups that You have been put in is for the main purpose of bidding for locations (till https://vendshare.net is developed enough to take over the bidding process completely), get public broadcast from the franchisor, total sales figure for the day / week or whenever our operations staff went to the machine for maintenance and recording of sales data and for general discussion of VendShare franchise.
