VendShare – How I built my portfolio of 30 freshly brewed coffee vending machines

People are often amazed at how I did it with only a typical average income enjoyed by Singaporeans. There are small steps to be taken, but mostly they are in the following steps;

1) Knowing how to manage the vending machine with predictable costs

2) Knowing how to deploy a machine in a place reasonably believed to be able to generate income. And if not, the procedure has to be, to move the machine as quickly as possible to another location.

3) It is expensive when you are managing less than 5 machines. Managing more than 5 can be incredibly cost-efficient as the cost is shared among more machines. As the machines increase the number, the irony is that it gets cheaper per machine to manage.
